- 350 grams of penne pasta
- 1 can of prickly pear
- 1 unit of Carrot
- 1 unit of white onion
- 1 unit of yellow Zucchini
- 1 unit of green Zucchini
- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 unit of green pepper
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Pasta Salad with Tuna and Vegetables:
The first step to make the tuna salad recipe is to get all the ingredients ready. Bring a pot with enough water over medium heat, once the water is about to boil, add the paste with a splash of sunflower oil. Cook it until you get the desired doneness. Remove the pasta when it is already al dente or at the desired doneness and let it cool. In a bowl add all the vegetables to make the salad with vegetables; the ideal is that they are cut into medium squares. Once the pasta is cold, mix with the vegetables that we have reserved in the bowl. Finally, add the tuna with a little salt and pepper to taste. Mix very well until the ingredients are integrated and it will be ready to consume. Serve the pasta salad by adding a little basil or whatever herb you like. If you want you can add some dressing like mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce or any other of your choice.
