- 500 grams of chard
- 4 units of potato
- ½ unit of white onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon unit
- 1 jet of olive oil

How to make Hot Chard Salad with Potatoes:
List all the ingredients. Cook the potatoes with the skin in cold salted water for 20 minutes. Wash and cut the chard stems into large pieces; cook from boiling water for 7 minutes. Once the stems are cooked, put the leaves in the same water and cook for 1 minute, this in order to enhance their color. Cut the potatoes into half -moons and sauté in a pan with olive oil until golden brown, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the leaves, stems and incorporate everything. Add the lemon juice, rectify flavor with salt and pepper. Serve the potatoes and cover with the sautéed chard.
