Ingredients to make Potato Waffles:

  • 300 grams of potato
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 125 milliliters of milk
  • 50 grams of common flour
  • 25 grams of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

How to make Potato Waffles:

  1. To make the potato waffles recipe, you must first peel the potatoes, wash them and dry them with absorbent paper.
  2.  Next, grate them with the help of a grater. Booking.
  3. In a bowl add the egg yolk together with the milk, the flour, the grated cheese and the olive oil.
  4.  Mix all ingredients well.
  5. Add the grated potatoes, a little salt, freshly ground black pepper and mix well until everything is integrated.

  9. Repeat the operation until the dough is finished. With this quantity, usually 4 waffles come out.
  10.  On the other hand, if you don’t have a waffle maker, but you do have some silicone molds to make them in the oven, preheat the oven to 180ºC and pour the batter into the mold, it should not overflow.
  11.  Next, cook at 180ºC with heat up and down until golden brown.
  12. Carefully remove the potato waffle and serve it hot or cold, as you like.
  13. If you have leftovers for the next day and want to enjoy them hot, you can hear them in the microwave for a few seconds.
