- 5 units of ripe tomatoes
- 100 grams of Bread from the previous day
- ½ unit of Cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 units of Onion
- 1 unit of green pepper
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 tablespoons of Vinegar
- 300 cubic centimeters of water
- 1 dessert spoon of oregano
- 1 dessert spoon of paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Gazpacho Extremadura:
- List the ingredients.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Wash the pepper, remove the ribs and cut it into small cubes, do the same with the onion and finely chop the garlic.
- Remove the crust from the bread and cut them into small pieces.
- Place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
- Incorporate the bread.
- Add the water, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, paprika and season with salt.
- Process everything until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces.
