How to make Raw Vegan Salad:

We gather all the ingredients to make the raw vegan salad. Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone from the center and add a few drops of lime so it doesn’t brown. Remove the skin and cut it into thin strips. Peel the zucchini, leaving some parts of the skin so that it is better when presenting the salad. Cut it into thin slices and arrange it on a plate or salad bowl. Remember that it is necessary to wash the zucchini if ​​we leave some parts with skin.
