  • 1 piece of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet of garlic butter
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 splash of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper powder

How to make capers salad with mushrooms:

To start making the capers salad, add the garlic butter to the Portobello mushrooms. This type of butter is also known as garlic butter. Cook for 5-8 minutes in the oven at 365ºF (185ºC). Remove the mushrooms from the oven and clean the center to be able to fill them with pieces of fresh mozzarella, pieces of cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Then cook in the oven until the mozzarella cheese is melted (8-10 minutes). Garnish the Capers Portobello Mushroom Salad with basil leaves, cherry tomato bits, and balsamic vinegar to taste.
