Ingredients to make Raw Beetroot and Carrot Salad:

  • 2 units of Carrot
  • 1 unit of cooked beetroot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 dessert spoon of sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • ½ unit of Lemon

How to make Raw Beet and Carrot Salad:

We gather all the ingredients to prepare the raw beet and carrot salad. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices, as indicated in the image.

The carrot is a highly recommended vegetable to boost the skin’s defenses due to the large amount of beta-carotene it contains.

On the other hand, we cut the cooked beet into pieces a little larger than the carrot. Beetroot is high in antioxidants, iron and folic acid. In addition, it has a lot of fiber. Place the raw carrot and beetroot on a plate or salad bowl and set aside. You will see what a colorful salad you will have! Peel the garlic and fillet it, as seen in the image. The garlic will add a delicious flavor to this vegan salad.

We have used raw garlic, but if you want you can sauté it in the pan with a little olive oil. We prepare vinaigrette for the raw beet and carrot salad: mix the garlic with the olive oil, a little salt, a splash of lemon juice, ground black pepper and sesame.
