To prepare this cream of zucchini and cheese with oats you only need a few ingredients and a lot of desire to enjoy a delicious dish, so let’s get to work!
Ingredients to make Cream of zucchini and cheese with oats:
- 2 large courgettes
- 2 tablets of chicken broth
- 1 liter of water
- 2 pieces of light cheese
- 1 branch of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
How to make Cream of zucchini and cheese with oats:
- Place the water in a pot and cook the courgettes, previously cut into thick slices. Also add the two tablets of concentrated broth and once the water boils, keep cooking for about 10 minutes.
- I have used an express pot, but if you prefer you can use a traditional pot and increase the cooking time.
- Next, we grind the cooked zucchini together with the chicken broth and add the oatmeal, nutmeg and the light cheeses.
- The cream should be homogeneous and with a smooth texture. Once crushed you can give it a touch of heat if you think it is necessary.
