Ingredients to make Potato and Celery Cream:
- 200 grams of Celery
- 4 units of Potato
- 1 handful of matchstick potato chips
- 250 grams of chicken or vegetable broth
- 70 milliliters of milk cream
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Cream of Potato and Celery:
- For this delicious potato and celery cream, the first thing we must do is get all the ingredients ready.
- Chop the celery and in a very hot pot with a little oil, brown it for 4 minutes over medium heat.
- Next, peel the potatoes and cut them into squares. Add these potatoes to the celery and brown for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- For our cream of celery we need to add the chicken broth and cook over low heat for half an hour or until the potatoes are soft.
- After half an hour and when we rectify that the potatoes are soft, we take the mixture to the blender and blend until obtaining a homogeneous and thick cream.
