- ½ piece of Onion
- 1 piece of green apple
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of Margarine
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Vegan Cream of Celery and Apple:
- To make this vegan apple and celery cream we will need to gather all the ingredients that we are going to use.
- To start we are going to fry the onion together with the finely chopped celery in a tablespoon of margarine.
- Once ready, we place them in the blender together with the vegetable broth and the apple in pieces, and blend everything until we obtain a homogeneous sauce.
