Ingredients to make VEGETABLE SOUP WITH SURPRISE:

  • 2 liters water
  • 2 medium fennels
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 piece of kale
  • 1 thick stalk of white celery
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • fresh marjoram or basil
  • Salt
  • splash of olive oil
  • For the semolina balls:
  • 1 egg
  • 40g melted butter
  • 80 g wheat semolina
  • a pinch of salt
  • parsley
  • nutmeg

How to make VEGETABLE SOUP WITH SURPRISE:
