Ingredients to make vegetable and meat broth:
- 2 carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 leeks
- 1/2 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- Peregil
- pepper thyme
- Chicken or beef bones
How to make vegetable and meat broth:
- Put everything (peeled and chopped vegetables) in a pot with a little olive oil.
- Sauté for about 20 minutes over medium heat, until golden; add the meat bones and sauté again for 15 minutes.
- Cover with water and boil to the desired point.
