Ingredients to make Tuna Cream for snack:
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- A pinch of lemon zest
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon gelatin, unflavored, powdered
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 90 gr. tuna, canned, drained and shredded
- 1 boiled egg, chopped
- 2 teaspoons capers, chopped
- 1 tomato peeled and chopped
How to make Tuna Cream for snack:
- In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the cream, the juice and the zest of the lemon, the salt and the pepper to taste.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water in a water bath and then add it to the previous mixture.
- Add the tuna, egg, tomato and capers and pour into two individual molds, put in the refrigerator until set and serve garnished with tomato slices and a few capers.
