Ingredients to make Tie Soup:
- 75 gr ties
- 1/2 bay leaf(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1/2 onion(s) chopped
- 1 1/2 garlic clove(s) minced
- 2 unit(s) tomato(s) peeled and chopped
- 4 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
- to taste pepper
- salt to taste
How to make Tie Soup:
- Cook the ties in plenty of boiling water with a pinch of salt and a bay leaf for 7 minutes.
- Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add the tomato and broth.
- Add oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot over the ties and sprinkle with chives.
