Pico de Gallo Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Pico de Gallo Salad:

  • 1 cup of chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon, the juice
  • 75 grams of chopped onion
  • 450 grams of tomatoes or chopped tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, very finely chopped

How to make Pico de Gallo Salad:

  • Wash the tomato well and chop it into small cubes, as well as the onion and mix them in a container to serve with a wooden spoon.
  • Once united, add the salt, oil and lemon juice and mix again.
  • Add the coriander leaves and if you want you can cut smaller pieces and also the jalapeño peppers and mix everything again.
  • Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
