We like healthy cooking, that’s why we present you healthy salads like this mixed salad with tuna. In this dish we will use natural ingredients. In addition, canned tuna provides us with a large amount of protein, ideal for athletes’ diets.
Ingredients to make mixed salad with tuna:
- 150 grams of iceberg lettuce
- 30 grams of cherry tomato
- 1 can of prickly pear
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of Vinegar
- 1 jet of oil
- 20 grams of black olives
How to make mixed salad with tuna:
We gather all the ingredients to make the mixed salad with tuna. In a salad bowl, place the iceberg lettuce cut into not very small pieces and the whole pitted olives. In our case we have used a bag of lettuce already washed and cut. Next, add the washed cherry tomatoes.
Finally we add the tuna. It is convenient to drain the can if it comes in oil so that the salad does not remain oily. To finish, we dress the mixed salad with tuna, adding salt, vinegar and olive oil to taste.
