Ingredients to make Margarita Salad:
- Different types of lettuce
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 100 grams almonds filleted and toasted
- 1 tangerine in segments
- 120 grams chicken breast in grilled pieces
- 1 cup of the cheese of your choice.
- Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup mandarin juice
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- Salt
- Pepper
