How to make Low Calorie Tuna Salad:
Before starting to prepare our green salad with tuna, the first thing you should do is pre-list the ingredients on the work table.
We recommend using tuna in water so as not to add calories to the recipe, but if you prefer you can use tuna in olive oil.
Wash and cut the lettuce by hand. Then place it in a bowl in a salad bowl and mix with the corn. Remember to wash the lettuce very well and cut it by hand or with a plastic knife to prevent it from browning.
Next, add the white onion cut into feathers or julienne along with the lemon juice. Mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Finally add the tuna, previously drained along with the finely chopped garlic. The garlic will provide a very good additional flavor, but if you prefer you can do without this ingredient.
Apart, mix the vinegar with the oil, salt and pepper and dress the salad with this preparation.
Serve the low-calorie tuna salad and add a few pieces of avocado to each plate. And if you want to give it more flavors, you can enjoy this light salad with other types of vinaigrette such as light ranch dressing or orange vinaigrette. Bon Appetite!
