Light Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make light tuna salad:

  • Cucumber
  • tomatoes
  • Carrot
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • A can of jalapeno prickly pear
  • Boiled eggs

How to make Light Tuna Salad:

The cucumber is cut into small pieces without the seed, the same is done with the tomato, the hard-boiled egg is cut into slices and the carrot is grated. The lettuce is just washed well and placed on the plate like a sheet.

Then, in a separate dish, mix the cucumber, the tomato, the mayonnaise and the jalapeño tuna (just the tuna without the water that comes in the can) with a little salt to taste.  When everything is well mixed, put it on the plate on the bed of lettuce, and then put the carrot on top in a small pile without mixing with the rest.

For a grand finish place the hard-boiled egg on top of the carrot
