Lettuce salad with mozzarella cheese recipe

  • 1 lettuce
  • 125 grams of mozzarella pearls
  • 50 grams of pitted black olives
  • 70 grams of pickled red onions
  • 70 grams of pickled cucumber
  • 100 grams of braised chicken breast
  • 1 handful of croutons
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of salad herbs

How to make Lettuce Salad with Mozzarella Cheese:

We start by splitting the lettuce and washing it with plenty of water. We let it drain or spin it if we have a centrifuge. We booked.
