Ingredients to make Lettuce and Radish Salad:
- 200g of lettuce (1 plant)
- 3 radishes cleaned
- 2 hardboiled eggs chopped
- Olive oil
- White balsamic vinegar
- Salt
How to make Lettuce and Radish Salad:
Cut the lettuce leaves into wide strips and fillet the radishes. Place the lettuce at the base of the salad bowl; place the radishes in circles and the egg on the radishes.
Prepare vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar and salt, beating it with a fork and sprinkle the vegetables just before serving.
