- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cup of green beans (kidney beans)
- 1 cup of fresh cucumber
- 1 unit of white onion
- 1 unit of Tomato
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 2 cups of cooked lentils
For the simple dressing
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 units of Lemons
- 1 teaspoon fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon of dehydrated onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper

The first thing you need to do is get the ingredients ready for this lentil salad with vegetables.
