Ingredients to make Lentil and Tuna Salad:
- 100 grams of cooked lentils
- 2 cans of Tuna
- 1 bunch of lettuce
- 2 units of Tomato
- 1 piece of red pepper
- ½ unit of Onion
- 1 jet of oil
- 1 lemon unit
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Lentil and Tuna Salad:
To prepare this light lentil salad, the first thing you need to do is gather all the ingredients. To prepare the vegetables, first finely chop the tomatoes and pepper. The onion can be cut into thin slices or smaller, this is already to taste. Lettuce can be cut into strips.
Separately, prepare the vinaigrette to dress the salad. To do this, mix oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper and check the flavor until you get the point of citrus that you like the most.
