- 250 grams of canons
- 180 grams of chicken breast
- 3 slices of Melon
- 3 tablespoons of chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
How to make Lamb’s lettuce salad with chicken:
We gather all the ingredients to make the canon salad with chicken. Although we have used the products named in the previous list, you can always add or remove all the foods you consider.
Place the washed and dried canons in a salad bowl. Canons are purifying, digestive and highly recommended for people with anemia. Likewise, they are very healthy for all those who want to follow a balanced or low-calorie diet.
Cut a couple of slices of melon, remove the skin and cut it into small squares to continue with the lamb’s lettuce and fruit salad. Once cut, add the melon to the salad bowl.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, coat it with the chopped almonds and cook it in a pan with olive oil until it is cooked on both sides. If you want the meat to be cooked and the almonds not to burn, the pieces of breast should not be too thick.
