A fresh, delicious and healthy salad with the exotic flavor of hearts of palm.
Ingredients to make Heart of Palm Salad:
- ½ pound canned hearts of palm
- 1 unit of Avocado
- 1 unit of Romaine lettuce
- 4 units of Tomato
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 unit of Lemon (Juice)
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- ½ splash of balsamic vinegar
How to make Heart of Palm Salad:
Mix the hearts of palm, lettuce, tomatoes and garlic. Cut the garlic finely, the tomato into small segments and the hearts of palm into slices. Lemon juice is added. Then add the avocado also cut into small segments. Season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar, to serve immediately.
Heart of palm salad can be used as a starter or as a salad to accompany other dishes. You can also add tuna or supreme if you want to include some animal protein.
