Ingredients to make Healthy Quinoa Salad:
- 300g Quinoa
- Toilet
- 200g asparagus
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes
- 50g black olives
- 250g feta cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Healthy Quinoa Salad:
Wash the quinoa with water as many times as necessary, until the water runs clear. Put the wet quinoa in a saucepan and cover with water. When it starts to burst, turn off the heat, cover and let stand to finish cooking.
Remove the stem from the asparagus and blanch in boiling salted water. Reserve. In a bowl mix the quinoa with the asparagus, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
Spice with salt and pepper.
