  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup basil
  • ¼ cup coconut dough
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of honey

In a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients except oil. With the engine running, add the oil and whisk until the mixture is thick.
