Ingredients to make special asparagus cream:
- 250 grams of green asparagus
- 1 unit of onion leek
- 500 milliliters of chicken broth
- 250 grams of milk cream
- 3 garlic cloves
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Special Asparagus Cream:
- List all the ingredients.
- Chop the asparagus, first removing the whitest part.
- Cut the onion into slices.
- Sauté the onion with the butter, add salt and cover for 5 minutes.
- When the onion is soft, add the asparagus and cook until very soft. If necessary, add a little chicken broth and cover.
- Add all the chicken broth, rectify flavor with salt and pepper and cover. Let cook for half an hour over low heat.
