Ingredients to make purifying slimming soup:

  • 6 large onions
  • 2 (400g cans) of tomatoes or red tomatoes or 6 pieces of tomatoes or red tomatoes.
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 green peppers

How to make purifying slimming soup:

  1. The vegetables are washed, peeled and cut into small pieces.

  6. When the water in the pot boils, add all the ingredients and let them boil until they are well cooked.
  7. When you take the soup, you can mix all the ingredients and take it as a puree or you can take it with the well-mashed vegetables.
  8. In addition to the named ingredients, you can also add other species such as nutmeg, pepper, parsley, etc.
