Ingredients to make simple seafood rice:

How to make simple seafood rice:
- Wash and clean the different types of fish and shellfish.
- In a saucepan with a splash of oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, garlic and pepper.
- When these ingredients begin to brown, add the chopped fish and let them fry a little.
- Add the rice and fry it.
- Add the saffron, the very hot broth and the peas.
- After 10 minutes of cooking, add the clams and cook for another 10 minutes.
- It is quite broth, almost like a thick soup.
