Simple seafood rice recipe

Ingredients to make simple seafood rice:

  • Salt
  • clams (12)
  • grams of clean monkfish (200)
  • green pepper (1)
  • g of cooked peas (100)
  • saffron
  • grams of squid (200)
  • grams of rice (360)
  • clove of garlic (2)
  • small onion (1)
  • oil
  • chopped parsley
  • peeled prawns (12)
  • Pepper
  • cc of fish broth (1000)

How to make simple seafood rice:

  1. Wash and clean the different types of fish and shellfish.
  2. In a saucepan with a splash of oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, garlic and pepper.
  3. When these ingredients begin to brown, add the chopped fish and let them fry a little.
  4.  Add the rice and fry it.
  5.  Add the saffron, the very hot broth and the peas.
  6. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the clams and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7.  It is quite broth, almost like a thick soup.
