Ingredients to make Seafood soup with coconut milk:

  • 1 pound of snail
  • 1 pound of fish
  • 3 units of Crabs
  • ½ pound of Clams
  • ½ pound of shrimp
  • ½ unit of Cassava
  • 1 unit of green banana
  • 1 unit of ripe male banana
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • 5 liters of water
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of sweet chili
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • ½ bunch of coriander
  • 1 unit of Errand
  • 2 branches of Celery
  • 1 unit of dressing room consommé tablet

How to make Seafood soup with coconut milk:

  1. To make this powerful seafood chowder, the first thing you need to do is finely chop all the vegetables.
  2.  The carrot and the celery and the onion, you can cut them to taste and the bananas in medium size pieces.
  3. Cook all the vegetables in the water. Keep in mind that you will need a large enough pot.
  4.  When it comes to a boil, add the seasonings and the garlic, previously fried in butter, to the pot.
  5. Continue cooking the Honduran seafood soup over high heat and then add the coconut milk, previously beaten with a little of the same broth from the soup.

  7. Let everything cook for 5 more minutes and then remove from the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
