You’ll be surprised how good you can get by mixing just dried lettuce and tomato. The green salad with dried tomato is an ideal option if you don’t have time to waste in the kitchen.

Ingredients to make Green Salad with dried tomato:

• 1 unit of Romaine lettuce

• 50 grams of dried tomato

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• 2 tablespoons of white vinegar

How to make Green Salad with dried tomato:

Prelist all the ingredients; you will see that you do not need much to make this simple salad with which you can accompany your favorite dishes.

In a deep cup, hydrate the dried tomatoes with the oil. Ideally, leave them for about 1 hour so that they hydrate well and acquire a smooth texture.

In a separate bowl, chop and hand cut the lettuce into medium pieces. Add water and white vinegar and leave it in this liquid for about 15 minutes to disinfect the lettuce.

Remove the lettuce and wash with plenty of water. Leave the lettuce draining well and then place it on a plate, add the hydrated tomatoes on top and a little more olive oil.

Serve the green salad with dried tomato and enjoy this simple salad to give a touch of life to your best dishes.
