• 100 drops of lettuce

• 1 unit of Tomato

• 100 grams of Cucumber

• 1 unit of Avocado

• 1 lemon unit

• 1 tablespoon of olive oil

• 1 dessert spoon of honey

• 1 pinch of sesame seeds

• 1 pinch of pepper

• 1 pinch of salt

How to make Green Salad with Avocado:

Before making this healthy salad, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a bowl mix the chopped lettuce, cucumber and tomato cut into half-moons.

To dress the green salad, add the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Mix very well, and then add the avocado cut into pieces and mix a little, preventing it from falling apart. Finally, serve the green salad with avocado and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
