Ingredients to make the whole CASANAREÑO:

  • 1 pound lean pork ribs
  • 1 POUND OF BEEF RIBS ON THE BONE

  • 1 BIG HEAD
  • CILANTRO
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • Garlic according to taste
  • Margarine

How to make a whole CASANAREÑO:
