• 3 units of Frankfurt Sausages
• 200 grams of spirals
• 100 grams of pickles in vinegar
• 80 grams of capers
• 2½ tablespoons of Mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon sweet mustard
• 1 tablespoon grain mustard
How to make German Pasta Salad:
We gathered all the ingredients to prepare the German Pasta Salad. Cut the sausages into 1-centimeter slices and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water with a little salt. Once cooked, run it under cold water and let it drain.
For this German salad you can use short pasta such as macaroni. To prepare the sauce for this German salad, we mix mayonnaise, sweet mustard and grain mustard. We move well with a fork.
In a salad bowl, mix the capers and chopped pickles. Remember that it is necessary to remove the stem of the capers if they are large. Add the pasta to the salad bowl along with the sausages. Add a little salt and stir well.
