Ingredients to make white asparagus cream with Thermomix:
- 400 grams of canned white asparagus with its juice
- 400 grams of milk
- 20 grams of corn flour
- 40 grams of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of Nutmeg
- 1 splash of truffle oil
- 1 pinch of vegetable salt
- 1 pinch of Curry
How to make white asparagus cream with Thermomix:
- To be able to make this recipe with Thermomix we must prepare all the ingredients that we are going to need. Once we verify that we have everything, we begin!
- This is a very, very simple recipe that hardly requires any effort, making it suitable for all levels. First, we place all the ingredients in the Thermomix glass except for the truffle oil, the curry and some of the asparagus tips that we will save to decorate the dishes.
- We program the machine for 20 minutes, at 90ºC and speed 5. While the Thermomix does its job, we sauté the asparagus tips that we reserve in a frying pan with very little oil. We cook them until they are golden, as shown in the photograph.
- When the white asparagus cream is ready, remove it from the Thermomix and serve it in deep dishes. We decorate each of the dishes with an asparagus tip and sprinkle with pepper, nutmeg, curry or the spice that we like the most; we don’t have to use them all if we don’t want to.
