Ingredients to make Fantasy Salad:

 

• 4 potatoes

• An Apple

• A bunch of watercress

• Mayonnaise

• One roasted bell pepper

• 100 grams of prawns

• 50 grams Idiazabal cheese

How to make Fantasy Salad:

We start by cooking the potatoes, without peeling, in water with salt and vinegar, so that the skin does not break. They are peeled warm, cut into thin slices and placed in a circle in a round dish.

Peel the apple, remove the core, cut it into segments and spread them with a lemon so that they do not darken. Arrange them in a circle next to the potatoes. Carefully wash and clean the watercress, placing them in the center of the dish.

Cut the pepper and cheese into thin strips and cook the prawns for just 1 minute before peeling them.

Place the cheese on the watercress and distribute the pepper and prawns on the rest of the ingredients.

Serve salad accompanying it with mayonnaise sauce which is given a different touch with a little chopped parsley.
