Ingredients to make Cold Lentil and Rice Salad:
- 200 grams of cooked lentils
- 150 grams of cooked white rice
- 100 grams of green beans
- 1 unit of white onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh coriander
- 2 units of Lemons
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Cold Lentil and Rice Salad:
The first step to make the lentil salad is to pre-list the ingredients. In a bowl or deep bowl you must mix the white rice with the cooked lentils. Integrate these two ingredients well.
Add the beans or green beans cooked in medium pieces as seen in the photograph. Add the finely chopped white onion. Add the finely chopped coriander, salt, black pepper, garlic paste and the juice of the lemons. I decided to incorporate two lemons because I like the preparation to be acidic, but if you want you can reduce the amount and use one lemon instead of two. Mix the ingredients very well until they are integrated.
