Ingredients to make Cold Pasta Salad:
- 100 grams of short pasta
- 1 unit of red tomato
- 50 grams of arugula
- 30 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 30 grams of black olives
- Vinaigrette
- 60 milliliters of olive oil
- 35 milliliters of Sherry Vinegar
- 10 grams of white sugar
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Cold Pasta Salad:
Get all the ingredients ready to make the pasta salad. Cook the pasta for 20 minutes until al dente. Remove from the water and immediately add olive oil to prevent sticking, let cool. Remember that pasta is cooked in boiling water, you can check with the manufacturer’s instructions to verify that the cooking time is correct.
