Coeditors Salad Recipe

This is a rich dish, typical of summer but that can be eaten all year round. This special elbow salad recipe is quite easy to make and if you follow the steps it will be very tasty.

Ingredients to make Elbow Salad:

  • 500 grams of Pasta in the form of elbows
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 150 grams of whole ham
  • 1 splash of Vinegar
  • 150 grams of Gouda-type cheese
  • 1 jar of Mustard
  • ½ unit of green paprika
  • 1 splash of Worcestershire willow
  • ½ unit of red paprika
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of pepper to taste
  • 1 can of whole sweet corn
  • 1 jar of Mayonnaise

How to make Elbow Salad:

Cook pasta until slightly softer than al dente. Let it cool. Chop the ham, Gouda cheese and paprika into small cubes. Mix them with the coeditor pasta and the corn in grams. Prepare vinaigrette by mixing oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Mix the vinaigrette with the salad and add the mayonnaise. Place in refrigerator until serving time. Present the coeditors with salad in a large bowl so that each one serves what they like.
