Ingredients to make Creamy Cabbage Salad:
- 1/2 cabbage(s)
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped celery
- 1 green pepper(s), cut into thin strips
- 2 teaspoon(s) minced onion(s)
- 1/2 cup(s) finely chopped carrot(s)
- 1/4 cup(s) diced radishes
- Mayonnaise and milk dressing(s)
How to make Creamed Cabbage Salad:
Separate the first four or five leaves of the cabbage and reserve them; chop the rest into very fine strips until you get 4 cups. In a large bowl, carefully mix the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Top salad with reserved cabbage leaves and serves salad on top. MILK MAYONNAISE DRESSING In a small bowl, mix well: 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/ 4 teaspoon of paprika and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
