Ingredients to make Rice with Shrimp Tails:
- 1 1/2 cup(s) rice
- 300 gr shrimp tail(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1 onion(s)
- 50g butter
- 50 gr tomato pulp
- 1 let broth
How to make Rice with Shrimp Tails:
- Boil for about 8 minutes, the shrimp tails in salted water.
- Remove the shells and keep the tails close to a heat source so they don’t get cold. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add a tablespoon of oil and brown the onion, sprinkling with the cognac.
- When it has evaporated, pour in the tomato pulp little by little, the boiling broth, stirring constantly.
- Five minutes before the end of cooking, arrange the shrimp tails on top, sprinkle with chopped parsley and dress in a bowl of service.
