Ingredients to make Rice with Fine Herbs:
- 2 cup(s) rice
- 1 1/2 liters broth
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 sprig of fine herbs (basil, tarragon, bay leaf, parsley, thyme)
- oil salt and pepper to taste
How to make Rice with Fine Herbs:
- Chop the onion and brown it in a little oil.
- Pour the broth and when it starts to boil add the rice, salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile chop all the herbs and when cooking is almost finished add them to the pot. Serve hot sprinkle with a little more parsley.
