Tilapia and prawn papillote recipe

Ingredients to make Papillote of tilapia and prawns:

  • Recipe for 1 person
  • 1 tilapia fillet
  • 3 prawns unit
  • 1/4 unit red pepper
  • 1/2 unit white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 gr fresh coriander
  • 1 unit of lemon
  • olive oil
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Tilapia and prawn Papillote:

  1. Before making the tilapia and prawn papillote, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl add the onion and the pepper cut into small cubes; add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the lemon juice, mix.
  3. Add the coriander and finely chopped garlic, mix, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange a piece of parchment paper (it can also be aluminum foil) and on this the tilapia with the prawns on top previously seasoned, cover with the mixture everywhere.
  5. Close the paper very well in the form of an envelope so that it cooks with its own steam; take it to the oven at 180 degrees C for 7 minutes.
  6. Once out of the oven, open the foil and eat immediately, it is an ideal dish for dinner.
