- 1 tilapia fillet
- 3 prawns unit
- 1/4 unit red pepper
- 1/2 unit white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 gr fresh coriander
- 1 unit of lemon

How to make Tilapia and prawn Papillote:
- Before making the tilapia and prawn papillote, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- In a bowl add the onion and the pepper cut into small cubes; add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the lemon juice, mix.
- Add the coriander and finely chopped garlic, mix, season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange a piece of parchment paper (it can also be aluminum foil) and on this the tilapia with the prawns on top previously seasoned, cover with the mixture everywhere.
- Close the paper very well in the form of an envelope so that it cooks with its own steam; take it to the oven at 180 degrees C for 7 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, open the foil and eat immediately, it is an ideal dish for dinner.
