Preparation

  1. Wash all the fruits very well.

Preparation

  4. Add the gelatin and continue stirring, until you get a homogeneous cream.

  6. Whip the remaining cream (400 ml).
  7. Mix the whipped cream with the reserved preparation. Integrate both, using enveloping movements.
  8. Let rest, until it acquires body.

For the crumble:

  1. Crush the cookies without turning them into powder.
  2. Mix them with the crushed almonds, the brown sugar and the butter until you see that they become consistent crumbs. Booking.

For decoration:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
  2. Cut the strawberries in half, vertically.
