Ingredients to make salmon in almond sauce:
- A loin of salmon cut into pieces, skinless and boneless
- almonds
- salted
- sesame
- onion
- leek
- garlic
- Pepper
- tarragon
How to make salmon in almond sauce:
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper;
- add a little sesame and tarragon.
- Sauté the garlic, onion and leek, then add the almonds and once 5 minutes have passed everything is crushed.
- Pass the salmon to the griddle on both sides to seal and once the sauce has thickened, add the pieces of salmon and leave for another 5 minutes.
- It can be accompanied with boiled potatoes and carrots.
