Ingredients to make Enchiladas Express:
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 1 can of duck sauce
- 1 tomato chicken cube
- 1 slice of onion
- 1 glass of water
Ingredients for the Enchiladas Express: (4 people)
- Corn tortillas (2 or 3 per person)
- Cheese, chicken or peccadillo (depending on the filling you want to put on it)
- Cooking oil.
How to make Express Enchiladas:
In a deep frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil, fry the onion and as soon as it turns transparent, add the three cans of tomato sauce along with the chicken cube. Stir everything well while bringing to a boil and make sure that the chicken cube is completely disintegrated. Let it boil for a few minutes until it thickens, add the water, stir well again and let it boil a little more until it thickens again, covering the pan and leaving it over very low heat.
While the sauce takes its point, roll the tortillas one by one with the filling that you are going to put and fry them in very hot oil making what is said some half-brown flutes.
When you have the ones that are going to be eaten ready, put them three by three in the sauce to soak them, serve them and that’s it. Already on the plate, you can sprinkle them with grated cheese or media crema and accompany them with rice, lettuce salad or beans.
