Spring Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Spring Soup:

  • 300 gr peas
  • 300 gr asparagus(s)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 medium onion(s)
  • 1 1/2 liters broth
  • 20g smoked bacon
  • 200g rice
  • oil and butter
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt to taste

How to make Spring Soup:

  1. Chop the onion into small squares and brown it in a little oil, add the bacon and the peas, then add a little broth.
  2. Apart, while the peas are cooking, clean the asparagus by cutting off the ends.
  3. Pour the rest of the broth over the peas and when it boils, add the rice and the asparagus tips.
  4. When cooking is finished, add a bit of butter and sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.
